The LINX Reflux Management System isn’t a covered benefit for most insurances at this time but there are options for paying for the surgery.

 

How Long Does the Procedure Take?

The most common side effects associated with this procedure include difficulty swallowing, pain after operation, and stomach bloating.

 

When Can You Eat After LINX Surgery?

Most patients are able to consume soft foods within 48 hours of their surgery.

 

Is The LINX Device Permanent?

Yes, it is intended to be a permanent device. However, there is no 10 year follow up data at the moment so this may change as it continues to be monitored over time.

 

If Insurance Does Not Cover LINX, How Much Will it Cost?
